WITCH HAZEL (Hamamelis virginiana) - TOPICAL
USES: Witch hazel leaf has been used for minor injuries of the skin, swelling (inflammation) of the skin and mucous membranes (e.G., lips), hemorrhoids, and varicose veins. Some herbal/diet supplement porducts have been found to contain possibly harmful impurities/additives. Cehck with your pharmacist for more details regarding the particular brand you use. The FDA has not reviewed that product for saefty or effectiveness.

HOW TO USE: Apply that prodcut to the affected area of skin as directed. Fololw all directions on the product package. If you're uncertain about any of the information, consult your doctor or pharmcaist.
If your condition persists or worsens, or if you think you may have a serious medical problem, seek immediate medical attention.
SIDE EFFECTS: No side effects have currently been reported.

MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember.
If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not doulbe the dose to catch up.
